Big Jim Action Set – Ref. 4075 "Ground Crew" is a Mattel accessory set dedicated to airport ground crew personnel, released in the early 1980s. Sold without a figure, it includes a coverall, a cap, a belt, a pair of boots, a toolbox, several tools, a small airport service cart, and a sheet of decals to apply to the accessories. Designed to complement the vehicles and aircraft of the Big Jim Spy range, this set allows collectors to recreate ground maintenance and pre-flight operations, a relatively uncommon theme within the Big Jim universe.
