8289 VW Golf Cabriolet

Big Jim Golf Cabriolet, reference 8289, is a reproduction of the Volkswagen Golf Mk1 Cabriolet, released by Mattel in the early 1980s under official Volkswagen licence. Designed to scale with Big Jim figures, it can accommodate two characters and features a folding soft top, opening doors, a functional boot, and a working steering wheel. It was produced in both red and white versions. Mattel also reused the same mould for the Barbie range, with different colours and finishes.
