Mattel’s Nscho-Tschi, reference 2173, belongs to the European Big Jim Karl May range and is generally documented as a 1978 release, although some packaging and specialist listings date it to 1977, so a 1977–1978 production period is the safest attribution. Inspired by Karl May’s Western universe, Nscho-Tschi is Winnetou’s sister and a central Apache character. This vintage Mattel figure was supplied with a headband, long fringed dress, cloth shoes, two fringed bags, a shoulder basket, a pot and a jar.
