Big Jim Secret Agent 004 was the final major evolution of the Big Jim Spy range, released by Mattel between 1979 and 1982, depending on the country. Inspired by spy films, the character is distinguished by a rotating face mechanism that allows him to wear several interchangeable masks, stored in a convertible briefcase.

The range includes numerous exclusive accessory sets, vehicles, and playsets, including the Corvette 004, Commando Motorcycle, Spy Helicopter, Sea Jet, and Adventure Mobile Super Car, which serves as a fully equipped mobile headquarters.
